Products and Releases
MajorGigante creates physical collectible products, including limited and made-to-order releases.
Certain releases are available only during a stated ordering window. Unless otherwise stated, the final edition size of a timed release is determined by completed eligible orders received during that window.
Orders and Payment
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Payment must successfully complete. MajorGigante may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, is associated with suspected fraud or misuse, or was created because of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout.
Product Appearance
Product photographs, previews, and digital representations are intended to accurately represent the product. Because MajorGigante products may involve small-batch and hands-on production processes, minor variations in color, print alignment, finish, cutting, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur.
Such minor variations do not include material defects or products materially different from what was offered.
Timed Releases
Release opening and closing times are displayed on the applicable release page. A Checkout Session created while a release is open may remain capable of completion for a limited period after the ordering window closes. The final edition will be determined from eligible completed orders according to MajorGigante's release records.
MajorGigante may cancel and refund duplicate, fraudulent, erroneous, or otherwise ineligible orders where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of a release.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, cancellation, return, damage, and refund terms are described in the Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The MajorGigante name, branding, website design, original graphics, card designs, layouts, and other original MajorGigante materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Creators, photographers, licensors, and other rights holders retain their respective rights in photographs, names, likenesses, trademarks, and other materials where applicable. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of those underlying rights to MajorGigante or to a purchaser.
Purchase of a collectible is for personal ownership of the physical item and does not grant reproduction, commercial-use, publicity, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.
Website Use
Users may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, abuse checkout or release mechanisms, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Changes and Availability
MajorGigante may update website content, policies, or future release structures. Changes do not retroactively eliminate rights or obligations applicable to completed purchases.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without limiting consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
